No one contacted to help re-activate my account. Can't list my apartments for rent. Hope someone will get it touch

Talk to a real person
Talked with consumer advocate who guided me through the process of changing the amount of my monthly rent payment.
I had tried to navigate the system and despite numerous attempt and many hours trying I was not successful.
Will rate the company after I confirm the change was made after the August rent is paid.
User's recommendation: Difficult to navigate the site. Good luck.
Cannot sign on

I tried to sign on and could not. I spoke to a sales rep who put me to a specialist to help me who only handled large amount of listing thank I was put thru to a woman who spoke so low I could hear her.
our communication was horrible than she hung up on me ! I called back and got help from a Rebecca who stood on with me 1 1/2 hour and made sure my listing was listed
